The reason why I upgraded my SMART Goals into WISE ones and dropped New Year’s Resolutions completely

Since it’s January, the month of the New Year’s Resolutions and Goal-setting madness, I invite you to ask yourself a question:

How good are you in honouring your own commitments?

Many of us, respectable human beings, are relatively good at honouring commitments to other people. We are much more likely to deliver what we promised to another person, especially when there are a clear deadline and expectation. Even those of us who struggle with procrastination will still be quite likely to do our best to make things happen when someone else is waiting for it.

Many of us are not great with sticking to commitments that we have towards ourselves.

Christmas, Rejections, Rock Medley and Conscious Parenting in Practice.

He really wanted us to be there, but when I arrive, he doesn’t even want to talk to me. Every time I approach him, he just walks away in another direction. A part of me, feels like a child that is being continuously rejected. A child rejected by a friend in an environment where she doesn’t belong in the first place. A story of how I don’t belong here in Denmark wants to make the full-blown return out from the shadows.

"To DO" or "TO BE"?

In June, I was very close to facing a break-down.

I quit my corporate job to start my own business where I was supposed to live a more balanced life.

By June I was exhausted and ready to call it quits.

Attempting to grow my new business, while going through an intense inner-growth process, and still trying to be a really good mum to three boys, was more than a hand-full.

Freedom to fly to a land far, far away (aka what Conscious Healing is All About)

During the last week, I have had an opportunity to be in a great place with amazing people. Unfortunately for me, at the same time, my husband needed to fly to a land far, far away ✈️.

I soooo wanted to go to my thing, that I have even set an intention, in the highest good of all concerned, to be able to go (down-to-earth translation: hoping for my husband NOT to get a visa to the land far, far away 😎)
